Since the property has been leased out for 30 years and the same is not expired in this scenario you need to search a person who will purchase the same one as is where is basis along with the benefits arising out of the said property. secondly you need to see if leasee has contradicted the terms and conditions of the lease in this scenario you can terminate the lease and get the property vacated by following the due process of law. if the lease period is over and there is no lock in period in the agreement then you can initially send a legal notice to the person on lease and if that person does not vacate the property then you can go for eviction suit and get the person removed from the property
