How to transfer HUF to one coparcener?

Since the Land Laws may vary differently in different States across the country, I therefore need to know where does the property lie. A HUF property can be transferred to another family member through various modes of transfer, so kindly meet a lawyer in person seek appropriate legal remedy.

HUF property can not be transferred to only one coparcener until and unless the remaining coparceners have already relinquished their title in the property. But generally no one sign relinquishment deed, you have to file partition suit along with relinquishment deed for those person who signed the document. After the execution of decree you will get the property. Best of luck.

The best way could be to execute a Family Settlement Deed, which is cost effective method.
But it must be prepared in a vary careful manner under the advice and guidance of an Advocate.
The Deed must come along with other requisite documents.
