Hi first of all where there any kind of permissions From the MCD to make third floor a flat where there was any type of contact which had said they can make a flat they did take any kind of authority from
MCD or permission or a letter which had said they can make a additional flat on the same floor if there is no letter or any email fRom mcd then they are illegal making a additional flat without take permission
