How to settle ongoing legal case for property division

We have a land in which we have built home 20 years back and land was in the name of the same person from whom we bought. Due to the elders ignorance it was not transferred in our name. Now, my Uncles have a conspiracy with my grandfather and make fake papers that they have given a will in the name of 3rd person whom he sold the land. The question here is the grandfather never had a land in his name so how can he sell it. So, our neighbor is staying behind our land is taking advantage of this situation and asks for a road to his house and falsly claim that we are not allowing him to go. He has put stay at our land. Just for this the court has already taken 2 years for hearing. Whereas in just 2 or 3 hearing it could have been easily cleared if the neighbor has the right to claim or not. I have handed the case to 2 lawyers already before but of no use. I think the legal system in our country is just waste. My neighbor is taking advantage of holding the case and just disturbing us.
