i am deepak kumar .i live in jammu city . shivani is my sister. shivani married with parshotam on 8 nov. 2020. parshotam captured shivani in his house . Does not allow go to her mother and father's house. shivani's father said to shivani .you dial 100 no. parshotam hears all the things through call forwarding. parshotam torchers shivani . parshotam speak to shivani that if you go to yours mother and father's house .i willshoot myself.And blackmail shivani with her past.Before your marriage ,you had a boyfriend ,you used to talk to them .And it was also college time. i have proof. shivani said if you are not happy with me. you get divorce from me.parshotam says to shivani, i want to discredit you in your village and in your relative. parshotam torchers shivani mentally and keeps shivani captive in his house.

you can go to the women cell and File an application that your sister is facing domestic violence and she is in the custody of her husband who mentally torture her . moreover you can also go to the High Court and evict her from illegal detention .for more kindly contact

Q: Land property distribution done in a wrong way between three brothers

Dear Sir.I am(Muslim) from Kashmir.My father died 25 years ago but my Mother is alive.We are three brothers,all married and have seperate houses.We have two types of land property.One was Dry Land(orchards) and other wet land.We have three orchards.I was given one whole orchard.The other two orchards were distributed equally between my other two brothers in 2014.I made house in the orchard given to me in 2015.You would be familiar with The J&K Roshni Act(Vesting of State land to state occupants of J&K).On Oct. 9,2020 this Roshni Act was repealed by J&K high court.We received a notice from Tehsildar that "your Orchard is a state land and you have to give this land to state."I am poor(income <50000/year).I cannot make a new house.Do my brothers have to give their land (equal to my orchard) to me as the orchard is state land or what they have to do as I have no land because my orchard is a State Land but they have a legal land?Theg have to divide their land into 3 parts & give 1 to us.

hello you can file a partition suit before the tahsildar Sahib or you can also go out for the any civil suit in order to protect a property from the that the suit Roti will not be change in its nature or any person who is a third party to the property can create a so in this week court will grant you the status code for more details you can get connected with me Lotto thank you

Q: I want to know about something about court marriage

I want to know that if i am planning for court marriage and its done then at that time or after sometime does any notice or something else comes to my house...basically i dnt want to know about this to my parents i want to hide this from my parents...my parents are not ready for my marriage whom i wanted to get..
