Q: Compromise on case under 506 ipc

Sir.We both the parties are agreed to compromise in case of 506, 341 ipc what should i do for it, as the munsif judge is not giving me positive signs on this compromise i am a student and i live in a state of anxiety this stuck in my mind always please help what should i do.

Yes, compromising is possible for offenses under Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 341 (wrongful restraint) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) because they are compoundable offenses under Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). A compromise, or settlement, between the complainant and the accused, approved by the court, results in the acquittal of the accused and closure of the case.

Q: Cancellation of Sale deed registration

Sir my father has sold some land in 2019 with registered sale deed.but the buyer didn't make full payment ... Instead he gave us some cheques which are expired now...recently my father rhas expired ....but buyer didn't make the rest of payment ...we told him to take your money back with interest and cancel the sale deed..but he refuses...he forcefully take possession after beating me and my family members...we file application against him in nearby police station and sp office too ..what to do?

A sale executed under a void order or without proper authority is considered null and void. For instance, in the case where a sale deed was executed pursuant to an invalid order under the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, the court held that such a sale deed is a nullity and does not confer any rights

Q: My share as a son in my ancestral property if its being sold unknowing

My father has inherited a property from his father who got it from his father after his demise. Now the land is divided without any legal documentation and my father's brothers just know it on sight location that who's is who's. My father is selling his share without my consent and spending it on cars, vacations, other desires while I'm empty pocketed having nothing at all. Can I file a civil case regarding preferably my share, or at least a stay at the property? What are options in situation?

Sir is name of my grandfather in girdawari only is the proof for ancestoral land now registry and intkal is on the name of my father but he is now giving fargadi to me and brother . And electricity bill is still is on the name of my grandfather.
