what can i do if i sign a registered Relinquish deed in good faith in favour of my brother that in future he never say no to me if i ask for my share . becose i need money i am married and need share for my future

Once you signed one RD and relinquish your share you can not claim share in property, if you want to get share that relinquishment deed is got declare void , for which you will have to file suit for declaration and cancellation.
The Relinquish deed can be challenged if the same is done under fraud and coercion. If you have sign the Relinquish Deed in "Good faith", then you have to show the court that in what circumstances you were made to sign the said RD in good faith.
Legal remedies available to you are:
1) File suit of partition and pray for cancellation of relinquish deed that you executed.
2) Also, file petition for injunction not sale any part of the property by your brother.
