HI What are the documents one should check before buying any commercial plot for restaurent/hotel??

You should first check if the property is Residential or Commercial property. If it's a commercial property, then does it has all the approvals by the statutory authority for running a hotel. Check the original allotment letter and its originality. Q: Complaint against corrupt governemnt officer
i had made complaint against government corrupt officer regarding there corruption but no action has taken after 6 months i want to file the case against them

Q: Property given to builder for making building but he committed fraud
Relig.Sikh - We hired a builder to make building on our ancestral property but the builder makes only 2 floor not completely and back off, now he filed a case in court that he gives us Rs.45 lac & buy this property from us. we hired a lawyer which is our known but he is also fraud and did not submit any single paper from our side in court, now judge is going to close the case on next date and saying that you may reopen your case and the new hearings will be start from new dates, what should we do now? do we lost our property in this case? we don't have any other property instead of this.

Q: Father receiving summons for vehicle loan as he signed as guarantor
sir, my father signed the documents regarding gurantor of vehicle loan of one of my relative now , my relative is not paying his dues so a summon from court is issued to my father. what should we do because at the time of signature they didnt mention the consequences and also my father is not educated .

As your father is a guarantor in loan, bank has full right to secure the loan from your father in the event of default. However, you must secure your father legal rights by filing timely response in the present case taking a plea that your father is un-educated and has been cheated by your relatives by suppressing the material facts. Not only that, you should also cooperate by joining the legal proceedings with bank to get the money recovered from your relatives. Q: How long do i have to wait after sending cheque bounce notice
Refund money from Unitech 5 years after they failed to start a project in form of 7 post dated cheques .3 were honoured .Cheque no 4 and 5 bounced .We sent a notice 7 days have passed no ans .What to do.
