How to get my share in ancestral property

20-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a big ancestral property in my village but my uncles are not ready to sell, there are 6 partners in that property , what to do please suggest as I desperately want to sell my part. Whenever I ask them to divide the property in the equal parts then they all are not ready to sell, but I need money from that property so please suggest that how can I claim my property and sell my part.

WILL is document it can execute to particularity persons bequeathing the property shares of the property. It will come into existence only when the executer died.

The question of handover the same to builder does not arise. It is the personal document. You brother can be execute the joint venture with the builder of his share. It is not require to hand over the Original WILL to the builder that nothing he can do with that.

You can ask share of yours if you have got a proeprty share through the said WILL and you have 100% entitled for your share from the WILL.
