How to get khata done for a property
11-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
I wanted to get khata done for a property transferred to Dad from grand mom. There is a document which says vibhaga palupatti and we have all the tax receipts. Is this enough?
if the property is standing in ur name u can move an application before tahasildar with all particulars. example genelogy ,r o r death certificate of a person whom it is standing tax paid receipt if tour having many members in your family
upon the basis of payment of taxes you cannot get the khatha change in your father name, you should take the shelter under the vibhaga palupatti and the same to be brought before the authorities as title document and the rights over the properties are devolved form the vibhaga palupatti and you are regularly paying the taxes and upon the basis you can apply for the change of khatha
collect all the parent document along with the document which you are relaying upon and you have to fill transfer katha form available with your jurisdiction BBMP office and get the said document notarized and then file the same
