How to dissolve/remove managing committee of housing society

Hello Our society current managing committee if Chairman, secretary and treasurer have mislead the whole society into pit. They have collected enormous funds in name of maintenance of society from past 3 years. But recently we discovered they have failed to make any payments towards property tax from past 3 years, water bills from past 3 years and electricity bill from past 3 months. Notice is been served by asst. collector to attach our society if dues are not paid in stipulated time. When we approached acting chairman and secretary, they clearly denied to answer our queries and in return threaten us to lodge police complaints taking advantage of their senior age factor. Hence forth we majority of members are seeking guidance to remove current managing committee with immediate effect so can resolve current crisis and smooth functioning for coming days. How can we remove current managing committee immediately ? Please help.
