How to disown daughter in law and son from our property

First of all file a criminal compliant against her stating that you are old person and your son and your daughter in law is mentally and physically harassing you. Secondly prepare a Will through which you can throw your son out of all your self acquired properties and dont forget to mention the reason for the same. Thirdly get the will registered before the sub-registrar.

You can only disown your son from your property if the same is self acquired property but if it is ancestral unfortunately you cannot do so..as far as your daughter in LM aw is concerned ask your wife to file a complaint under domestic violence act

Hey you can surely do that. First you will have to draw up a will and then you can sue for a mandatory injunction against your son and daughter. Apart from that you shall have to prove to the court that the property in question is self earned. If you can show that we are good to go.
