How to disown daughter from all my property and bank accounts

Dear Sir,

There are two ways to disown your daughter -

1. If you want to completely disown her then first make a publication in two newspapers (English & Local Language) stating that you have disowned your daughter from your entire movable and immovable properties including your bank accounts thereafter serve a legal notice to your daughter with the information that she has disowned by you from your properties. Thereafter you have to file a Injunction Suit in the court of civil judge of your district and court will grant you the final decree with disown orders.

2. Alternatively you can register a will in favor of your other family members, but a will may be challenged after execution which will be subject to court decision.

U can make a registered will through with u can transfer ur properties to any person whom u wish to own ur property after ur death, that can be ur wife ur son or any other relative. U must also appoint an executor who can execute ur will in ur absence. Secondly u must give a notice to be published in local newspaper in hindi n english that u have disowned ur daughter from all ur properties n she holds no rights whatsoever to operate any bank accounts also on ur behalf
