how to deal with capturing of portions of house

My grandfather had a house after his death he named his property on my father and my uncle according to the papers the first floor is in my uncle's share and ground floor is ours but now my uncle has captured our one room too in ground floor and using our bathroom,washrooms and other portions too ,what should we do to take back our portions?
A suit can be filed in the court for a direction to the trespasser ( Your Uncle) to remove his possession from the portion of the house which has not been given to him in the portion made by your grandfather.

Hi, In such circumstances if your uncle has possessed over your portion. You can file a suit for permanent injunction trough which you can get the order from the concerned court that your uncle shoud left the said illegal possession.
