How to claim shop which is sold by fraud to tenants

Sir mujhe pagdi ki dukaan khaali karwaani h Mere kirayedaaro se Jo ki Mere pita kaafi saalo pehle de thi, Jo ki Mere bhai ne froude kar ke bech Di ussi kirayedaar ko par abhi registree nhi hui to pita Ji to h ni.so btaiye ab kya karu?
If your brother has sold the property by way of fraud then you need to send a legal notice to both of them thereafter proceed for an injunction under order 39 rule 1 &2 cpc for stay then you need to file a suit for eviction of tenant

an apne tenants k khillaf ek property khali karwane ka suit file kar sakte hain. suit kahan file hoga ye property k rent par depend karta hai. baaki ka advice main apke property k kagaz dekh kar he de sakta hoon.

Apki shop khali karwane ke liye eviction ka case daalna hoga civil court me, uske baad hi khali ho paayega, usme ye dikhana hoga ki ye property aapki hai aur wo dhoke se aapse li ja rahi hai. agar pita ji nahi hai to ye dikhana hoga ki aapki property hai.

Sir,
You should file a cancellation of sale deed which your brother sold to the tenant. You can also file a suit for partition of all the properties left by your father against all the legal heirs. After it you can claim your share in the properties left by your father.
