How can I get pattadar passbook from my brother decree in my favor

i got land through lok adalat court decree against my brother. my brother having pattadar pass books for this land on his name. now i want to cancel those and get passbooks on my name. i asked my brother about this several times but he is not willing to come forward. now my questions are how should i get passbooks from him and cancel those passbooks how and where do i approach to get passbooks do i need to file any complaint against him in police station or court

You should apply to the MRO office and RDO offcie to issue you new passbook based on lok adalat decree.
at the time of issue of new passbook, based on your decree, the courts will cancel the old passbook issued to your brother.

by keeping order copy, give appilication to MRO n he will issue notice n he wil pass order by giving proceeding, n he will issue new pass books on ur name. and u can approch police station stating that he is threatening you and giving pass books according to order passed.
