How can I cancel illegal sale deed

My father purchased 1 acre 13 GUNTAS land. in 1971 on SAADHA BINAMA and we are in possession till 2009. We applied ROR in 2006, this went on dispute. Actually Sold land belongs to PATTEDHAR father's brother. This dispute got cleared ROR registration issued to my father on 8/10/2010. While issue in Revenue court, PATTEDHAR sold to real estate ion 25/6/2010. After a compliant in PS , the CI handover the land to us. Today 15th June 2016 new CI of police handover back to real estate again. Kindly advice how to cancel illegal registration & process to get back land

Madam,
1. In the instant, since the sale transaction happened, during the pendency in revenue (any) court property cannot be transferred, not valid one.
2. you can file a suit for cancellation of the sale deed

you file a case for injunction against the person who is disturbing you. and give a complaint against c.i to his higher authorities, that the c.i is involving in civil matters and threatening you to vacate from the land.

HI
Police cannot interfere in civil disputes u/s 322 of AP police manual.
First file a suit in District court for Declaratory title and permanent injunction against the real estate company.
Since you have all the ROR registration documents and since the matter is pending in revenue documents, any sale by pattedhar in favour of Real estate company is illegal and void.
