House Property Sale conveyance deed
31-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
We are selling our house (1500 sq ft). For the house there is existing 2 conveyance deeds in name of both my parents individually for 750 sq ft each. The house was purchased from Mr. A & Mrs. B (husbnd and wife) and they had purchased it from Mr. C. The house size is 1500 sq ft and Mr. C had sold half portion to Mr A and half portion (750 sq ft) to Mrs B vide two seperate conveyance deeds. Accordingly there were two seperate conveyance deeds (each for 750 sq ft) when Mr A and Mrs B sold the house to my parents. Now when we are selling the house to Mr Z, can it be under a single conveyance deed which will have sellers as my parents individually selling their share of 750 sq ft each. In the deed all the cross reference of the mother deeds will be covered. So the sale deed to have one buyer Mr Z buying the house 1500 sq ft, seller as both my parents individually selling their proportion of the house i.e. 750 sq ft each.
