House occupied by a criminal illegally and not ready to move

I am merchant navy guy and my mother and father is government employee. We are well educated family and we have two house in Mumbai as I was away from the family my one room is empty and in my absence by making Fraud documents he occupied the house and not ready to leave now. We filed NC when he threatens my family we approach government authority too which comes above this house but he is criminal and by help of politician he is getting safe again and again we don’t want to go court because all legal documents are with me and on my name and he get Aadhar and pan on that room by fraud plz help my family are in depression
