Grandfather died leaving behind property father wants to sell it all

My grand father is died in 2009 and grand mother in 2017 ,my dad is the only son along with 3 sisters,one is elder and other two are younger ,due to some very bad quaral we are divided now my father wants to sale my grand father property is it nessary to get signs from them, if yes can we put any case against them so that they come and take there share from court and put sign to sale our share without ther permission,is it possible

If the property has been divided among your father and his sisters and recorded in a registered document then when he wants to sell his share of property , his sisters signatures or agreeing is not required.

If the property is from ancestral property the signature of every children's are necessery. All are having the right over the undivided property signature of all the children's is required. If they don't agree ur father can file suit for partion claiming his share

There is a different way in Hindu succession act, depends anncestral property and own earned property or gift or will property ..but here want to verify documents without verify its not a applicable to you basically you consult any advocate counsel near you help out of this problem
