Flat cancel by developers without serving any notice

Sir I have booked a flat in Rd eco developers patna and give cheq for booking amount as token after 2 months I visit office and builder told me we have cancelled your booked flat .And you can choose another .Can builder do this without any notice .Can I move to consumer court and RERAoffice for this
A builder can not cancel booking without giving any notice in this regard as on what ground it is being cancelled. You are very much entitled to raise your grievances before consumer forum . You can move an application, along with the proof of booking of the flat and any other documents, if you have.

The builder can not cancelled the booking of the flat and ask you to book some other flat. You have every right to make s complaint before RERA. But if the said builder is not registered in RERA, then there will be issue. However, in any case you can ventilate your grevieance before Consumer Forum.

If the builder do so immediately give him a legal notice n let's see what they reply in writing. You can certainly approach tera n complain if u r not satisfy with their answer. U can also approach consumer forum for redressal of ur grievances.
