18-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My father in law acquired his share of his father's property . Is it an ancestral property by law for my son? Can I claim on behalf of my son his share in the property or take a stay order on sale of property as I foresee that they may sell it without giving anything to my kids. , my husband may not support me in the legal action.
