Father having property case how to transfer to from aligarh to meerut

My father having a case with his cousin regarding some property issue in Aligarh district but my father age is 68 & mother age is 64 and my mother is not well since long time and both are living in Meerut so there are any process to transfer the case from Aligarh to Meerut
Sir, there is a way to transfer the case from one city to another under Sec-25 of CPC. Were you have move application and on satisfying the court your case will be transferred.

By the order of high court ur case will be transfer. File a writ with prayer about age , security and other things then if HC found that ur prayer is lible to accept then order will be pass the same or will give the direction of lower court for early disposal of case.
