Hi
Since the property was bought in your pet name, you can sell the property in your current name and also mention alias.
if your parents are alive, then they can submit an affidavit that the you were called by this pet name till such time you went to school and it is perfectly legal to transfer the land bought in your pet name.
all you need is an affidavit from your parents(if alive)/ brothers/sisters/grand mothers etc.
in addition to the above affidavit, you should also submit another affidavit on your name.
hope this helps.

You can have a 'Legal Hier' document created with your father attesting all required documentation and signatures were required

At the same time initiate a property transfer with Pseudonym documentation with proper material facts in the case to the sub registrar office in the matter

This has to also have a paper notification in place to avoid any disputes in the future with public announcement for anyone who disagrees to the same

For any further advise or assistance feel free to contact

when purchasing the property on the minor the guardian has to be there onbehalf of minor. second that document was registered sale deed. the property after purchased it is mutated on your name and issued passbooks and patta books on your name. lastly on that survy no in the pahanies your name is coming since thirty years. then only you will be suggested.
