My father and mother owned a property on which hw took home loan and I am paying home loan installment of the same from last 3 years. Now, my father want to evict me from his house. Can I made claim on this property as I have made loan payments from last 3 years(the day we bought this house).
Yes you can file a counter in a reply /written statement wherein you can furnish the details of the payments made with respect to the loan EMIs paid by you. This plea you can take in a suit for eviction

yes, you can very well lodge your claim to this property. basically, you are paying the sale consideration amount on behalf of your parents. so, legally, your father can not throw you out of property. immediately. move court and file your claim in court. you may contact me.

Yes definitely. Nobody can ask you get evicted. You have made payments towards its purchase and by virtue of that you cannot be evicted.
The best legal recourse is to take a stay from court. Once that is done you will not he dispossessed.
