Fake will produced by younger brother in Teez hazari court

here are the details. we are 3 brothers. 2 of us are in Canada. youngest brother is in delhi ,India.My mom died in 2018 -Nov leaving here property and some cash in bank without any will. we 3 brothers and my step father were supposed to sell and share the amount for property. my step father also died in april 2021. now my younger brother has got fake unregistered will of my mom and asking court to allocate her entire property to him . what can be done in this regard? will he is producing is unregistered
If the Will is unregistered and you suppose it to be fake, then you may file objection to the Will and also file suit for partition as per Hindu succession act you all siblings possess equal right in all the movable and immovable assets of your demised mother and father. Law of wills says will is an optional document, need not to be registered, in case you have reason to believe that will is fake then contest the case tooth and nail, have a seasoned civil lawyer to impeach the will, raise all suspicions in court, bring such circumstances in court which goes to prove that will is fake
