Double registration of same property politician creating issue with it

Dear sir , my father had purchased a property . But later he came to know that such property already belongs to someone else but such person doesn't had any possession .my father had consultant with the first owner and that first owner had no interest in our property but a third person​ who is creating issues whenever we starts construction on such property. That third person is a politician and powerful man . We are possession on such property for more than 15 years . Pls suggest what to do.
Firstly get a title search done of the said property, so that you have the correct information, about the ownership of the property. Secondly if you get to know that the property is or was not of the person who sold it to your dad. If the property never belonged to the person who sold it to your dad it's a criminal case and simultaneously a civil suit for recovery of money paid. If it belongs to the person who sold it to your Dad then you can take permission from the authorities and undertake construction.

I will advise you that first you register the FIR against the third person that he is interfering in our property and trying to intimidate us to leave the possession of the property. Secondly you should file a suit for permanent injunction by saying that it is your property and third person has no right to interfere in the property, if such person chalenge your title upon the suit property by saying that he is the owner and you are not the owner then you will have to prove that you are the absolute owner of the property if you will succeed you will get the permanent injunction against third person.
