Does law allow us to club individual properties in family settlement d

We are only two brothers having properties in individual name of our wife names. Now our parents wants to attach all individual properties which is in our wife names and they wants to give equal share to all family members( means in between both brothers childrens) .
I want to ask you one question that without making a gift or exchange or transfer deed and only by making this registered family settlement deed, does it possible to attach/club all individually purchased properties by taking their owner's signatures/ consent on this registered family memorandum.
See in this case it will have to been seen the status and characteristics of a the property which is in your wife name.
Scope of family settlement is wide but it cannot include all individual properties.

There are two types of property one is ancestral another one is earned you have not mention whether the property owned by your wives were financed by your father although says it is in your it is in the name of your wife so your wife's are the actual owner So without their consent the said property cannot be transferred to someone other's name

If the properties which are in the names of your wife does not fall into family property provided they are acquired by way of individual earnings. So if they are acquired by your own earning then by way of a family settlement the property can't be divided amoung the family members.
