Does first wife son could claim property purchased by second wife

My grandfather had two wife's, after the death of wife1.. he married wife2. After the death of her husband in 1975, wife2 purchases some property in 1985 and following years in her name.. Now sons of wife1 are trying to claim property purchased by wife2... Moreover after death of father sons of wife1 moved seperately.. But now there claiming it is joint family property.. is it valid

He cant claim the property of wife no 2 since the properties were purchased after the death of her husband.

See in your case your grand father had died earlier to purchace. So it become self acquired property of second wife.

Son of first wife son not have any right over the property. Nothing to worry.
