You can inspect records of registrar or revenue office to find out in whose name properties are recorded.
If the properties are self aquired by your father then during his lifetime he has all the rights to deal with the same in any manner as he likes to and you can not claim. But if same are ancestral you can seek your share. For details and or legal help if you so desire may contact through this website. I am in Delhi High Court.

In case of ancestral property your father has no right to give it to your brother by a will or gift or any other way.
In case of self acquired property you have no right to claim a penny from it.
The answer to your case depends on the legal nature of the property.

The property that you apprehend to be transferred in your brothers name is it self acquired property of your father or inherited .If its self acquired then he has all the rights to do so,but in case of inheritance if same has not been succeeded through a testamentary succession then you have your right as well please call for further clarification thanks.
