We did a mutual agreement for settlement of ancestral property years back. Till date as per the mutual settlement we have not received the property. What can we do to get our share?

You can file a civil suit for claiming your share in the afore mentioned ancestral property..if there was a mutual agreement then you needed to submit that agreement in the court and then get it mutated against your name..but remedy is always available in the case of ancestral property.

Mutual settlement ke hisab se yadi aapke alawa kisi ne bhee apna hissa paya hai to aap apne hisse ko lene ke liye Court me suit dakhil kar sakte hain. Aapko proof karna hoga ki us vyakti ko property me hissa usi mutual settlement ke hisaab se mila hai.

You need to file for execution of this MOU . There are chances that this agreement might be constested. It seems as you have not taken physical posession you might need to file a partition suit as well.
