Court fees depend on the purpose , what is your purpose ? you want file which kind of application , Clearly state the reason , then any one can explain you , Value depend on mature of the suit or application presented to respective court . Kindly share n detail .

Well, the Court fees which you will end up paying is Rs 3,50,000, if you want to claim share of more than 1 Crore Rupees from a particular Immovable Property or if you want to seek monetary compensation of more than 1 Crore Rupees!
