Cheated by Builder/ Developer having office in Delhi

What is the minimum amount limit to report a case of fraud with Economic Offences Wing Delhi? I have been Cheated by Real Estate Company who owns registered office in New Delhi and had branch office Noida. This company promised to develop a project named Urban City Greater Noida, but are untraceable now. Many people have been Cheated in this case. The farmer is not ready to give possession of plots even after sale deeds registered. Pls guide.

hello client as you are saying that you have been cheated by realshit company developer the developer have promised you urban city Greater Noida industrial Shield is has been done registered sale deed has been by the way by the way of agreement white paint stamp duty at present the Builder is not at all traceable at present condition you need an advocate ok and work on our behalf and who is able to fight a a complaint is required e o w as well as case call to 5:30 in the court of law under IPC under IBC act so builder can not a telescope Harden money can get return awaken security money back and if you want to pressurise the farmer to give me the position of the land of LIC flats which has not been built on that land is not at all possible need to get your money back how to get the position

Hi first of all what had happened and all which year did u buy and all what WAs the price and all of the land and all how many people have been involved and all in this case why is the farmer not ready and all to Give the LAnd and all what is the company name and all what is the person saying u can file a criminal case and all

The minimum threshold limit for lodging a complaint before the Economic Offences Wing is 50 lacs. You can lodge an FIR against the directors of the developer company for cheating, You can register a complaint and lodge a FIR with the police against them under Section 109 read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
