Signatures by a minor person in a power of attorney doesn't hold any accountability.
Let them file a case against you..need not worry .
Get over all the documents you have for more information.
All the best

Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:

To initiate any proceedings, he would have to substantiate his claim 9ver the property. You can defend the same of file another case of fraud against him. You can as well initiate criminal proceedings against him.

I hope that answers your query.

Best.

A minor is not competent to sign any document while he/she is a minor and as stated by you since the PoA was allegedly executed by you while you were a minor (even though you did not sign) such document is void ab initio. No transfer has come into effect.

Hi, will glad to help you. A minor can not signed any power of attorney. His claim is baseless. What are the other facts please mention. Send him a notice saying that you are the real owner and any kind of disturbance will be punishable.
