Can trust sell the property further gifted to the trust?

A competent person transferred a piece of land to a private trust as a gift with out mentioning the right to subsiquent transfer. The trust sold this property to another after completing the formalities as per the trust deed to another person after 6 years. Is this transaction is legally valid and the present holder has absolute right over the property

The trust deed and the documents shall scrutinize to form a precise opinion regarding the legal question uninvolved in this matter.


Normally if the trust deed contains specific provisio regarding alienation.then the then managers of the trust can alienate the assets of the trust.

After the execution of gift deed ,the original owner has lost the right over the property. If he specifically mention not to alienate the property then only the trust, who get the right over the property could not alienate the same legally.
