Can registry be challenged by person who has illegally occupied it

sir apko counter claim dalna hoga.challenge to kr skta h but prove bhi usey hi krna pdega.. ki kon se documents h uske pass property se related. Thank you....

Hello client ,
I have read it qiestion.pls specify the location of the property where the property is present.yes registry can be challenged. With in 7 years of the registry .but you can get relief but for the over all papers have to be seen then only I can give u the best remedy

Please specify the Act in which the case in pending ? Further if a case was pending on the said property which may be challenging its possession or ownership, it must not be purchased . The case was filed by the person who have transferred the property to you then he must have told to you about the case and in that scenario you must have taken care of it before purchasing the said property.

If the second party have any interest he can move court and challenge the same in court. If he have challenged then you must describe the in detail the grounds taken by him. The real picture can be analysed only after seeing the property papers .

So please consult to an Advocate with papers.
