As per new law Ur mother has right in parent property .As urs mama has to accept his right.Only if WILL of ur nana ya nani declare ur ineligible then only ur mother right will be disloved. If there is no will of ur nana then u may go to court to claim it.
Venerated questioner,
As per law of India if you belonged to Hindu family then you have right to claim your share accounting to Indian Succession Act. You can file partition suit before trial court for your mother share. If your Nana and Nani dead after 2005 then your right in that property is absolute. Feel free to call me for more information ....

Technically if your nana expired prior to 2005, your mother has no claim. However, if he died after 2005, you all have share in the property. You need to contact an advocate at the earliest. Do contact with all documents.
