Can my children stop me from selling property that belongs to me

I want to sale my own house. Agreement has done. Registration in Next month. If any of my sons or daughter in laws have right to hold the registration by putting any petitions in court related to that prop. It is purely my own property. no one has involved financially against this property. Is there any right to them to hold registration like that. Please suggest me can I put any petition in advance in court.
If you are the sole and the absolute owner of the property and it is not ancestral then they do not have any right in the property till the time you are alive and you do not have any Will with regard to that property in anyone's favour. Also you can file a suit for declaration, declaring that the property belongs to you on the basis of the documents you have to show the same.

If it is your absolute property then none of your relative have any right to stop you from sell. But they may file a suit before civil court to stop you and may get temperory injunction but their suit will not sustain when you file your Written statement.
As you said that it is your property and purchased by you from your own funds that means it is your self acquired property in which no one has a right therefore you can sell it and your children can not stop you from doing that.
