Can I Demand a rental house from a builder which was not added earlier

Dear Sir, I was agreed with a builder to reconstruct in 2013, as I am a Nri I did not demand the rented accommodation at that time, now we have to leave this country can I add the demand? as the builder did not deliver the property at his promised time and it is in the court for 2yrs?

That it is not possible to demand a rented accommodation from the builder when it is not been added as a clause in the agreement rather you can sue that Bilder because there is a breach of contract breach of agreement and for more specific information for or for more specific legal advice I have to see the agreement thank you

hello client as you have described the matter here is seems to be a part of matter of builder fraud done on you. in this matter i think youbhave been a victim of the over alll fraud . in this matter i think as matter is in court so we need to process allnthe things through court only. without the permission of the court nothing is possible
