Can grandchildren claim in the ancestral property

Property owner is my grandfather and grand both are no m they have seven son my father is elder and no more than what is my legal right

Your father is entitled to 1/7th share. and out of the said 1/7th you willl be entitled to your share in equal distribution as per the number of your father, mother brother and sisters. however, you can only claim for partition.

Yes definitely your legal right that's filed in partisan surat in courts that jurisdiction court than orders in your legal rights dispute solved in court so filled in partisan surat filled in courts in legal rights

As per your grievances, I would like to inform that as per the Hindu Law, it is precisely averted therein that in the ancestral property, every share holders or legal heirs have one strips right and they can claim their share. As you mentioned in your query that your father is eldest one, hence you as a son have one portion right in ancestral property. Need more query then call me through lawrato
