Can an opposite party to a property agreement encroach the rights

We made pariktha docs and legal agrenent with oppsite party, done paani registration, but in 1 survey paani no its was grtting both party names, in the same survey, we made survey intially with govt surveyour sent from taluk office, after few days opposite party made survey with private surveyour with out intimating us, they made boundary chages as they like, they made registration on same survey no with additional subdivision and sold to others I am looking to make it same boundary lines as they accepted more over 1st time surveyed by govt survey records

We can file a suit for declaration with the available documents and the court will appoint a court commissioner who will survey the boundaries. We may have to check with you documents to proceed further and give the best advice. You can contact me and come to my office.

No, opposite party cannot encroach the rightsif all tge details are mentioned in earlier agreement which is made between you and the opposite party and if he (opposite
Party ) did so then you can tally the property details and challenge the registered agreement made between the opposite party and 3 rd party in court.

You have to again apply to Tahsildar/ ADLR to conduct government survey and mark the lines. And if they dont , you can approach Court to direct the Tahsildar/ADLR to do so through their surveyor. ...
