Can a son claim share in grandfathers property after fathers death

sir dada jii ke 2 bhai nahi dada jii 3 bete hai pr ab 2 hai mere papa ki tho death ho gai hai tho vo mere taau jii hai or vo khe rahe hai ki tumhara koi share nhi hai dada ji ki property me khte hai ki tumhare papa tho nhi rhae islie tum rights khoo chuke hoo???
Agar tumhare dada ji ka nidhan ho chuka hai aur Unhohne ko will nahin banayee hai tou unki jo bhi property hai woh teeno ladko main baraber ke share main jayegi. Aur tumhare pita ji ke dehant ke baad unka share unke legal heirs main batega.

ठीक , तो दादा के बाद संपत्ति तीन बराबर हिस्से में बटेगी, और एक हिस्सा जो तुम्हारे पिता का होता वो तुमको मिलेगा इसमें कोई दिक्कत ही नहीं है , किसी के कहने सुनाने से कुछ नहीं होता , क़ानून के मुताबिक तुम इस संपत्ति में १/३ के हिस्सेदार हो और रहोगे /
