Can a daughter claim her share in a sold property

Sir 1952 Mai ek lady thi jiski 3 doughter thi to us lady ne aapne ek beti Ko 33decmil land daan par de diya or wo jammen Ko mere grandfather ne 1958 Mai purchase kar liya but us time par us lady k 2 no doughter ne koi objection nahi diya or Abhi wo land national highway Mai Jaa Raha hai tab wo dono lady case Mai hamare khilap original suit case kar k 50percent ka share mang Rahi hai kiya uska ye right hai wo ek Hindu family se hai

Technically they have a right. However, if we can show that the land was sold and rent receipt started being issued to you only and since last 50+ years there is no objection. So have the title suit dismissed. Also object all her applications.

As per law of India pratek share holder ka property nai right hota hai wo kabhi bhi apna right mang sakte hai. Par es case mai lambe samay ke baad paise ki lobh mai case kiya gya hai or kaal se bhi badhit hai. Aap ko achha se fight karna hoga

As per ur case u have right to hold it as objections raised should be in time bound period before registration of land. Mere it coming on national high way she is raising her claim can't be found legally entitled to hold stake in the land
