Hello,sir/madam,mere father ne hmara ek floor rent par dya tha or agreement paper b banwaye hai wo agreement 11 month ka hai lekin 2nd party waha par illegal kam kar rhi hai prostitution ka jiske bare me hume pehle pata nhi tha ...waha ke logo ne hume inform kiya hai...iske bare me to hum assessment ko void kar sakte hai na kuki agreement me mention hai agar tenant kuch b aisa kam karta h jo law ke against ho to ab hum unse apna flat khali kese karwaye ...legal formulaties kese puri karni hai ...plz give me the answer ...its really urgent

Aap ek mahine ka written notice de dein or fir bhi agar kiraydar khali naa kare toh aapko court case karna padega.Aap further discussion ke liye contact karein. Tenant will have to vacate the premises do not worry.

agar agreement mein likha tha that you they cant carry on an illegal business then they will have to vacate the premises. you can file both civil and criminal cases against the tenants under various sections of the IPC since prostitution is completely illegal.
