As my court notice as given on the date 21/10/2022 to appear I didn't appear in the mentioned date .so what is next if not appearing in court need details..
if you do not appear in court the court will hear the opposite side case and most probably as there is no defence made the case will be decided against you and in favour of your opposite party, if the case is still running you can appear through your lawyer by filing appropriate applications and submitting your side of case, hence better to verify and submit at the earliest to avoid future problems.
