you keep on raising objection in writing, you even lodge a false police compliant. people may unnecessary raise a claim in future, you can always shoe that you have always told them not to park orally in past and now being fer up you are complaining. you allowed on humanitarian ground without any consideration. you never know they may raise this issue of adverse possesion some day. try creating record of complaint

Dear client based on your question, If your neighbors have been parking their cars without your explicit permission and their use meets to claim hostile, continuous use for an uninterrupted statutory period, then they may have a potential adverse possession claim. Yes ofcourse, if you have not taken any efforts to file an Injunction Suit to resist them from parking their vehicles on your open plot on the basis of your ownership of open plot within 12 years of their seeking possession or using your land for parking their vehicles, then, the opposite side can claim adverse possession on your plot.
