Add name on 7/12 on my grand father's land

My mother have many family members but on land 7/12 only my grandfather name now I want to add my name on existing 7/12 please advise me how to add name and what happened when some of family members are not agree to add name ?
In the event that your grandfather has expired your mother can make an application to insert her name as legal have in respect of the property left behind by the grandfather. You need to apply to the tehsildar along with the family chart alongwith the original death certificate of grandfather. Secondly even if somebody objects to insert your mother's name as legal hair the same will not stand before the authorities as the property is devolved upon the legal heir of the diseased person.
