About selling rights of ancestral property
12-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
If the property was in the name of grandfather and that was ancestral .so can a grand son sold it without the permission of his father and his grandfather and her wife....
From your query it is not clear whether your grand father is alive or not. Anyway, the grand son is legally not entitled to sell the property which stands in the name of grand father and the purchaser of such property cannot claim any right title and interest over such property on the basis of such sale deed.
