4 brothers property in mother name she wants to give it to younger son

We are four brother and property is in our mother name.Our religion is Hindu. She want to give her property to our two younger brother. Not to two elder son. When we purchase property money comes from our father who was working in D.E.S.U. government employ. After his death government given us his all funds and we also contribute our share to buy this property. now she do not want to give our share in property. now She is try to us BEDAKHAL. please suggest us what can do.
After the death of father property would devolve upon sons and mother unless there is a will in her favor only. so set out complete facts to get a good opinion. you may seek partition if will is not there.

If the said property belongs to your father and he is not alive then you must file a case for partition. And for the purpose of partition case all the documents pertaining to the property is required.
