Wife Attempted suicide and keep threatening the same now

My Wife attempted suicide twice, for one instance an FIR was made as we had to take her to hospital to remove the tablets she consumed.
Every now and then she keeps threatening for commiting suicide.
Now due to some other dispute she went to her home 7 months back.
Now is it legal and valid to ask her and her family to sign on stamp paper with the content saying me and my family will not be responsible if she commits or attempt to commit suicide in the future before allowing her to my house
