What are my chances of 2nd marriage without divorcing 1st wife?

01-Mar-2025 (In Muslim Law Law)
My wife has a habit of running away to their parents for any silly reasons. I have send legal notice to her once before, later she apologized and I took her in. I had court marriage on Feb-24. It's been a year and I'm sick of it. She says she will not divorce me and she keeps running away behind my back. Please advice me if I can marry 2nd time through muslim law without falling into any legal trouble?

Yes , you can marry without securing divorce from your wife. However, it is advisable to first send her talaq e Hasan notice thrice with an interval so that you will have papers to show it to your second 'to be' inlaws that you have legally divorced your first wife

Well, As per the Islam, you can marry four times, you can keep all four wives with you, however, it your responsibility to keep them happy, financially stable, satisfied, it either of them doesn't want to live with the other, you cannot force them, that, all of them live with you!
